PDCS wins the competitive bid process for the City of Orange City Building Department Services. We have proudly serviced the City of Debary for nearly eight years and are excited to bring our knowledgeable and reliable building code services to Orange City.
PDCS believes the partnership between the City of Orange City and PDCS will aid their community for years to come. As the selected firm to provide services we will work closely with the City Administration to ensure smooth transition of services for citizens, contractors and developers within the City Limits.
PDCS will provide the city with Building Official, Building Plan Review, Building Inspection and Permit Technician Services to staff their building department.
