Seminole County, FL – Inspector and Plan Reviewer Positions

Volusia County, FL –  Inspector Positions

What are the Requirements?

• • Building Inspector and Plans Examiner positions require 468 certifications
  • Fire/Life Safety Inspector and Plans Examiner require Fire Safety I Certificate of Compliance (Fire Safety II – Preferred)
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience for inspectors/plans examiners
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience for building code administrators
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Reliable Transportation
