We are steadfast in our approach, providing services to public entities only. PDCS does not offer Private Provider Services. This increase in private provider usage by developers makes PDCS’ services unique and necessary for our clients to ensure their communities continue to have structures that are code compliant, safe and effective.
PDCS does not offer any private provider service therefore does not have any direct or indirect conflicts of interest with contractors, developers or potential future business locating within your community.
