With over a decade of experience in providing supplemental service PDCS is your resource for additional plan review and inspection staff. PDCS understands the demand for staff is increasing while the availability of personnel is becoming limited. We employ a group of qualified/licensed personnel that can be utilized by your building department to alleviate the workload created by an increase in construction in your community.
PDCS offers a variety of options for supplemental plan review services. The newest addition to our plan review service is provided through Xpress Plans. This service allows building departments from across the state to submit plans to PDCS for a building code review. All plan reviews are completed at the Xpress Plans Processing Center in Orlando, FL and returned to your jurisdiction with any comments or with the approved “Reviewed for Code Compliance” stamp.
PDCS also has plan review support staff available from the west coast to the east coast of Florida. Depending on the workload to be completed we can a customize a solution that best fits your needs. Our staff can be sent directly to your building department if the workload demands and is feasible.
PDCS employs numerous multi-licensed inspectors with the ability to assist communities across Florida. Our inspection staff is well versed in the Florida Building Code and have the ability to adapt to the individual communities they are assisting. PDCS inspection staff can assist your community in times of increased workload, during municipal staff vacation/sick leave, or on a daily basis.
At PDCS we cannot prevent inclement weather in Florida however we can be there to assist your community in the aftermath. We provide damage assessment on an as needed basis after any major storm when requested. PDCS can help provide staffing for an Emergency Operations Center and will provide written records for each assessment.
